This is a very kind, non-judgemental, non-painful, and informative dental practice! They proved to me they care about my oral health more than just telling me the most expensive options just to make money. Dr. Nicholson and his team were very thorough and even though I had extreme anxiety and some sensitivity, I experienced no pain and my anxiety disappeared even while they were doing the work of filling cavities and cleaning. Highly recommend, especially if you are someone that has dentist-related anxiety and has avoided the dentist for too long because of it.

Never again. Appointment was at 12:30pm and we weren’t called back until 1pm. When I asked why it was taking so long “we had someone call out” so why the hell wouldn’t you call your appointments affected to be adjusted? What a joke of staff. Go anywhere else. Half an hour delay you KNEW about but did nothing about screams lack of professionalism. Do better. Office is slacking cleaning with dirt and dust everywhere. Dr came in put gloves on then touched everything(computer equipment) and tried doing my child’s dental check using the same filthy gloves on claiming they “wipe everything down” I asked him to switch to clean unused gloves.

This aftnoon our apptment went very well. Caroline Lynch was amazing! She was very patient with Grace and very pleasurable to work with and very professional. She explained in detail what they were doing so that my 10 year old understood and was very comfortable. I would say that overall it was a awesome time spent in Ortho!

Professional, accommodating, and exceptionally kind staff. Dr. Spencer Nicholson DDS provides excellent and honest care. Patients feel at ease and can get much of their dental needs met at one location.
